We are proud to announce the availability of our Prima Parent Center. Through the Prima Parent Center, you will be able to register for fall classes. You’ll also be able to:
- Update your account & contact information
- Review your transaction history (e.g., charges & payments)
- View information about your children and the classes they’re taking
- View and print class schedules
- Register for special events (e.g., Franklin PumpkinFest)
- And more!
Our portal is a work in progress, we are hoping this progress will make things run smoothly in the future.
How Do I Get to the Prima Parent Center?
Returning Prima students are already in our system. Since we have your email address on file, all you need to do is obtain your randomly generated account password. Just visit the following page: https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/portal/ppForgot.asp?id=507233. Enter your email address and the system will mail you your password.
What if I Don’t Remember the Email Address I Used?
That’s ok. Just contact us at the office and we’ll let you know which email address you used. If you need us to change it so you can get started, we can help you with that, too!
